Most declined checks are not fraud. They are blurry photos, name mismatches and expired documents. Here is what fails, why, and how appeals work.
When a verification check fails, the person on the other end is usually not a scammer. They are someone who took a photo in bad light, or whose account name has a middle initial their passport does not. Here is what we have seen and what we changed.
Failure reasons are now shown in plain language inside the Verification Center. The fee covers a resubmission when the first attempt fails for image quality. And the account name can be corrected before retrying.
If you believe a decision is wrong, email support@konnovaapp.com from your sign-in address. A human reviews it. If the provider's decision stands, we tell you why. If we made a mistake, we fix it and say so.
An appeal route is not a nice-to-have in a trust system. It is the part that keeps the rest honest.
