Delete your KONNOVA account.

Open Settings, go to your account, and choose to delete your account. Your profile stops being visible to other members straight away. This is the fastest route and you can do it yourself at any time.

Email support@konnovaapp.com with Delete my account in the subject line, from the email address the account was created with. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign back in. Tell us the name on the account so we can find it. We confirm the request when we receive it, complete it within 30 days, and never charge for it.

Your profile and everything on it, including photos, links, genres, location and audience figures. Your messages, connections, saved searches and saved items. Opportunities you posted and applications you submitted. Any verification documents still held, which are in any case deleted after review.

Records we are required to keep for safety or legal reasons are retained in anonymised form and are no longer linked to you. That means reports made about or by the account and the audit trail of moderation actions, which exist to protect other members, and transaction records we must keep for tax and accounting. Nothing in this category is used to contact you or shown to other members.

Your profile is hidden immediately. Data is permanently deleted after a 14-day cooling-off period, which exists so an account closed by mistake or by someone who should not have had access can be recovered. Requests made by email are completed within 30 days.

You can export your data at any time from Settings, and it is worth doing before you delete. Once the cooling-off period has passed the deletion cannot be reversed.

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel those in your Apple or Google account settings. Subscriptions bought on the web are cancelled with the account.
