Last updated September 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of the KONNOVA app and website, operated by Konnova App LLC. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Community Safety Standards.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One person may hold one account, which can carry several roles.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done with your account. Tell us at once at support@konnovaapp.com if you believe it has been compromised.
KONNOVA is a platform where members find each other, post and apply to opportunities, and document bookings and meetings. KONNOVA is not a party to any agreement between members, does not employ or represent members, and does not hold funds or process payments between members. Any contract for a performance, service or investment is between the members involved.
Verification badges confirm that specific information was checked at a point in time. They are not endorsements and never a guarantee that a member, opportunity or investment is legitimate, safe, profitable or suitable. Badges expire and can be revoked. Identity Verified, shown as the blue check, carries a one-time $4.99 fee which is non-refundable once the check has been performed, whether or not the check passes.
Anything shared in an investor context, including pitch rooms, is information provided by members, not advice or an offer by KONNOVA. Investing carries risk, including total loss. Do your own diligence and consult qualified advisers.
You agree not to post false information, impersonate anyone, post fake or misleading listings, harass other members, solicit or send payment outside the platform in ways that evade our safety measures, scrape the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we record moderation actions with a written reason.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant KONNOVA a licence to host, display and distribute it within the service so that the features work. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current period. Credits are not cash and are not transferable. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice. When a platform fee on bookings is introduced, it will be disclosed before you accept any offer.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including limitations of liability, continue after termination.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KONNOVA disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any dealings between members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
